We loved staff and location, comfy beds and the hotel itself was fairly clean. We had a pretty nice bedroom. It was spotless, bath fairly clean. Marble Arch tube station was 10 min away...

the rooms were relaxing and perfect, had a dryer, soft bathrobes and a shower cap. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, courteous staff in an elegant manner. the location was marvellous and incredible, really close to hyde park and oxford street, the tube and central london.
